As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will design and enforce comprehensive safety programs and practices. Key Responsibilities:

When being a Health and Safet advisor for Reds10 you will develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

You will also conduct risk assessments and regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
*
You will provide guidance and support to project teams on all health and safety matters.
*
As health and safety advisor you will deliver training sessions and workshops to staff and subcontractors to promote health and safety awareness.
*
You will oversee investigating accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
*
Preparing and presenting health and safety reports to senior management.
*
You will liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
*
Lastly you will foster a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices across the organization when working as a Health and Safety Advisor for Reds10.
