Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a **Shipping Coordinator**. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all materials are handled and transported efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Check the relevand documentation for shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Build and prepare orders for shipment
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and shipments
- Make sure all the relevant insurancess are obtained and up to date
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, keep a good track of the location of the goods and the ETA to the client
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies
- Maintain and improve the organization in the warehouse including managing the other logistic operators
- Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment as needed
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment, work close with the procurement

**Qualifications**:

- Strong comunication and costumer advisor skills, costumer orientated
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures, ability to coordate the team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems or similar software
