Pharmacy Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our pharmacy team as a Trainee Dispenser. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our pharmacies.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medicines, including ordering, labelling, and dispensing.
• Develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy services, including health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacy services and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
