As a Personal Assistant at Imperial, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in achieving company’s business goals and liaising between the stakeholders and the Director. The successful candidate will be experienced in corporate environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

1.

Communication:n- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.n- Draft and edit emails, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of director.

Meeting Support:n- Prepare internal and external meeting agendas, documents, and presentations with current or proposed clients.n- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions.

3.

Administrative Support:n- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.n- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

4.

Office Management:n- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

5.

Book Keeping/Accounts:n- Maintaining the account spreadsheets.n- Payroll processing and tax submissions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive/personal assistant or in a similar role.n- Strong organizational and time-management skills.n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).n- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.n- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.n- Min. 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
