Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a busy, entrepreneurial Managing Director of a high end Property Investment and Advisory firm, working across both commercial and residential units. The ideal candidate will come from a property background, demonstrate initiative, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be a hands on, team player.


The office is located in a gorgeous area in North West London. It’s a short walk from the train station, also located alongside a boutique high street with fabulous coffee shops and cafes.


You’ll be working alongside a very friendly and supportive team, and the role offers plenty of scope for progression.


Typical tasks will include:

  • Diary management for the Managing Director
  • Email correspondence
  • Booking client lunches, dinners and meetings
  • Assisting with company charity and/or property events and liaising with the relevant organisers and administrators
  • Arranging Zoom/Teams meetings and conference calls as instructed
  • Arranging domestic and international travel for the Managing Director
  • Drafting sales memorandums and letters
  • Implementation and continued monitoring of legally required documents including AML
  • Land Registry searches as and when required
  • Company searches as and when required
  • Update templates, guidelines and forms for the wider use of the team as necessary
  • Maintain and update property stock list
