Elite have partnered with a contemporary fashion brand, to support on the hire of a Personal Assistant to their CEO.
Job Summary:
As Personal Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in enhancing the CEO's productivity by managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Time Management: Organise and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritising conflicting demands.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings attended by the CEO.
- Team Management: Organise and schedule time with the direct reports and monitor Directors and external parties expectations of time.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, conducting research and compiling reports as needed.
- Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Personal Support: Organising and scheduling of appointments.
