Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our client's team and oversee the daily operations of their hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Implement and maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Monitor and manage operational budgets, including labor, supplies, and other controllable expenses.

Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews, using insights to make continuous improvements. Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure cost control and minimize waste. Marketing and Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the community to drive business growth.
Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and service improvement. Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies and goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the establishment remains competitive.
Lead initiatives to enhance the establishment’s reputation and market presence. Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
