Key Responsibilities- Drive car parks performance, utilizing data analysis to optimize throughput and demand.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to suggest process improvements.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are well communicated and understood by the team.
- Manage operational Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments, and develop a safety-focused culture within the team.
- Deliver regular communications to colleagues, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
- Accountable for line management of landside operations team, including people management activities such as one-to-ones, health and wellbeing, and HR policy application.
