We're working with brilliant integrated creative marketing agency that specialises in gaming, tech innovation and gen z audiences. Their work centres around brand positioning strategies, video production, social and influencer marketing, strategic transformation, brand partnerships and a lot more. They also have a suite of proprietary tech.

The agency has been established for over 10 years and has a global of team of 70+ across the UK and US. Clients include the likes of Ubsisoft, NetEase, Wizards of the Coast, Logitech, NVIDIA aswell as the likes of brands like Starbucks and McLaren to name a few.

The Partnerships Manager is a new position that's been created to work in close collaboration with the Commercial Director to drive revenue growth. We need to see extensive experience in establishing and nurturing senior-level commercial relationships within the video games industry specifically. You will be expected to demonstrate a skills in acquiring, maintaining, and optimising these relationships successfully.

You should possess specific knowledge and passion for the video games industry and a strong understanding of the latest digital platforms available to brands and players within this sector. Your unwavering desire to drive commercial growth via new business for our agency will be pivotal in this role.

You'll be building proposals and managing the internal pitch process on your opportunities with the support of a team of Partnership Execs.

As you'd expect, it will also entail senior presence at key industry events in tech and gaming, both here and overseas and travel may also be required when pitching to high-level decision makers with clients.

Summary of Top Line Requirements;

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior-level manager position targeting AAA video game publishers globally
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets within the gaming sector
  • A knack for story telling - understanding how to simplify narrative and communicate complex service offerings in a simple way
  • Authentic knowledge of the games industry, including knowledge of primary brands, market trends, and emerging technologies
