About the role
To help cement Australia's strong position as a prime leisure and business destination we're looking for an innovative and inspiring individual to play an integral role in representing Australia as a must-visit destination, contributing to all campaigns requiring creative production, media and digital solutions to create conversations and talkability about Australia on a global scale.
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager with administration, campaign and agency management.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, measure effectiveness and support reporting and presentation needs, with a focus on digital Implement best-practice for creating excellent creative / content and media across ATL and digital user experiences
- Manage and maintain UK content, ensuring local pages are up-to-date and develop/ adapt as per market requirements with a focus on the customer journey to enhance the user experience
- Manage the application of brand guidelines across multiple mediums, including print, online and multi-media. Support the execution of content and social marketing programs.
- Help to facilitate content and brand asset requests from industry partners and media in the UK.
- Support UK team in delivering assets, event activations and market presentations.
- As Tourism Australia is a multinational organisation, this role may require the incumbent to be flexible in the hours worked and willingness and availability to travel.

What will set you apart from the crowd & ensure your success in the role? To succeed in this role, your profile will demonstrate the following:
- Minimum three years' experience in a marketing environment, supported by tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Marketing Suite (Analytics & AEM).
- Content management experience – Adobe Experience
- Manager preferable Finger-on-the pulse of current marketing trends, providing innovative ideas and practical solutions to meet changing market dynamics
- Exceptional attention to detail balanced with ability to think creatively
- Ability to manage and reprioritise competing deadlines and priorities, working to short deadlines
- Produce clear and persuasive documents with an ability to tailor content to ensure all documents are audience appropriate.
