Reward Business Partner Circa £55-60k
Working for a multimedia conglomerate, as a Reward Business Partner for a headcount of over 16,000 globally. Working apart of Group HR Function. You will support the design & deployment of the compensation & benefits strategy within EMEA. Role reporting intothe Senior Reward Manager of Reward. The main sites are London, Manchester, Kent, and Scotland with the possibility for hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

  • Head up strategic stakeholder partnerships across all departments of business to understand business demands and requirements of total reward
  • Be responsible for delivering benchmarks on different levels and creating reward packages across group at all levels
  • Assist in annual salary and performance review
  • Designing and development of global and local total rewards programs
  • Design and implementation of job architecture including benchmarks on different levels and creating paybands.
  • Lead and head up annual salary and performance review
  • Lead team of 3 Reward, Benefits and Total Comp specialists

Experience required:

  • Past 3 years of working as a reward specialist/analyst or business partner within a large global matrix organisation
  • Working knowledge in SAP and SucessFactors
  • Ability to advise on total reward for corporate functions in EMEA regions
  • Preferable if working proficiency of German language
  • Excellent PowerPoint and excel
