We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Business Partner to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our Reward Team, you will play a critical role in delivering our Reward proposition and working closely with our Reward Director and HR colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis and Modelling
Lead financial analysis, modelling, and process management on matters associated with a colleague's total compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity.
Annual Pay ReviewManage the annual pay review, working closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Bonus Budget and AccrualLead the bonus budget and accrual process, working closely with Finance colleagues, the Reward Director, and the Chief Financial Officer to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Incentive SchemesCreate and refine new and existing incentive schemes to support the development of the business, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
Remuneration Committee SupportSupport the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers, providing expert analysis and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Reward Strategy and CommunicationWork with the wider HR team to design and deliver appropriate strategies that effectively communicate and educate employees on key reward projects or processes, ensuring a clear understanding of our Reward proposition.
Benchmarking and AnalysisLead benchmarking analysis, working with externally appointed suppliers as appropriate, to help formulate views and provide recommendations on new and existing reward policies, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
Audit and Regulatory ComplianceProduce all audit and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
External PartnershipsWork with key external remuneration advisers, as required, to ensure expert guidance and support in our Reward initiatives.
Team ManagementManage Reward analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of our Reward Team.
Requirements- Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills
Ability to analyze complex financial data, create models, and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
Delivery-Oriented and AdaptableAbility to work at pace, adapt to changing contexts, and deliver against established personal and team targets.
Resilient and ApproachableAbility to work in a matrix organization, build strong relationships with Finance colleagues, and provide expert guidance and support.
Regulatory KnowledgeUnderstanding of regulation and legislation affecting Financial Services and Professional Services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Influencing and Leadership SkillsAbility to influence and lead, working at a senior level, and challenging appropriately to drive business outcomes.
Professional Qualifications and EducationPostgraduate HR or Finance qualifications preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in Reward and Compensation.
