Job Title: Senior Reward Business Partner

At Evelyn Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Business Partner to join our Reward Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of our Reward proposition, working closely with the Reward Director and the rest of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling: Lead financial analysis, modelling, and process management on matters associated with a colleague's total compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity.
  • Annual Pay Review: Manage the annual pay review, working closely with the HR and Finance teams.
  • Bonus Budget and Accrual: Lead the bonus budget and accrual process, working closely with Finance colleagues, Reward Director, and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Incentive Schemes: Create and refine new and existing incentive schemes to support the development of the business.
  • Remuneration Committee Papers: Support the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers.
  • Reward Strategies: Work with the wider HR team to design and deliver appropriate strategies which effectively communicate and educate employees on key reward projects or processes.
  • Benchmarking Analysis: Lead benchmarking analysis, working with externally appointed suppliers as appropriate, to help formulate views and provide recommendations on new and existing reward policies.
  • Audit and Regulatory Returns: Produce all audit and regulatory returns.
  • External Remuneration Advisers: Work with key external remuneration advisers, as required.
  • Reward Analysts: Manage Reward analysts.
Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and modelling skills.
  • Delivery-Oriented: Delivery-oriented and able to adapt to changing context.
  • Ability to Work at Pace: Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.
  • Resilient and Approachable: Resilient, approachable, and confident.
  • Experience in Matrix Organisation: Experience of working in a matrix organisation and working with Finance colleagues.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulation and legislation affecting Financial Services and Professional Services.
  • Influencing Skills: Strong influencing skills and ability to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience of operating effectively at a senior level and an ability to challenge appropriately.
  • Gravitas and Credibility: Has gravitas and is able to build credibility easily.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience, either as a line manager or a coach/mentor.
  • Role Model: A role model for others.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.
