The Associate Delegate Relations Manager will advise customers on event and course suitability, provide information on additional services, and identify cross-selling opportunities. This role involves occasional travel to support sales/marketing activities, focusing on maximizing long-term revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by selling event delegate places and training courses
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the event portfolio
  • Provide sales support and meet set targets
  • Contribute to lead generation activities
  • Ensure consistency in sales/marketing information
  • Liaise with internal teams for efficient sales activities
  • Perform additional duties as required
