We are on the hunt for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager to join our client, a rapid-growth, world class business services provider based in Central London.

Joining the HR function, the Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on strategic, long-term planning, leveraging psychology and business acumen to attract and retain top talent in multiple departments including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and more.

You will take full ownership of the 360 degree recruitment process, playing a crucial role in shaping the organisation's future.

A competitive salary of £60k-£70k is offered together with 25 days annual leave (plus BH) and a generous bonus scheme.


Please note:
this is an office based role, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Manager will include:

  • Full ownership of the recruitment processes for all departments
  • Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies and plans
  • Helping to identify current and future talent needs
  • Managing all processes, from creating job descriptions and advertising roles through to interviewing, job offer negotiations and relevant HR documentation
  • Ensuring a seamless candidate experience at all times
  • Sourcing the highest quality talent to create a diverse workforce that enhances the organisation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment specialists to continually leverage potential talent sources
  • Conducting thorough screening and assessment processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills and suitability for the role and organisation as a whole
  • Liaising with all departments to understand their recruitment needs
  • Identifying and utilising the most appropriate channels for sourcing a vast pool of talent
  • Staying updated on best practices in talent acquisition and making recommendations for enhancing the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Making data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes and outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience and success in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Consultant role, either in an agency or in-house
  • Exceptional recruitment capabilities, recruiting for a diverse range of roles in a fast-paced environment
  • A strategic, business-minded individual with the ability to plan and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies
  • An innovative approach to recruitment, always thinking of new ways to attract the best talent
  • Experienced in managing the entire recruitment process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • A champion of exceptional client service
  • Skilled in psychological insights - the ability to read people and understand their motivations is highly beneficial
  • IT literate - including MS Office
  • Focused, organised, self-motivated, flexible and dynamic nature
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Desire to go above and beyond
