Role Overview:


The client is seeking an experienced HR Director to join the team and lead the modernisation and maturation of an in-house HR function.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for introducing HRIS, employee self-service, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Your expertise and strategic approach will be crucial in ensuring the retention and development of our talented workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forwardthinking HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Introduce and manage HRIS and employee selfservice platforms to streamline HR processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
  • Lead performance management and employee development programs to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts, promoting an environment that values and respects all employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Build and lead a highperforming HR team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
  • Experience implementing HRIS and employee selfservice platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic, and everchanging environment.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications are desirable.
