The Role:

nAs the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the people strategy, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of their dedicated team.

You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and professional development. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.

Qualifications and Experience:
experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an educational settingnknowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relationsninterpersonal and communication skillsnto work independently and as part of a teamnqualification or equivalent is desirable
