10 month contract position HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

nRecruitment Support:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

nEmployee Onboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This includes preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and providing support to new employees.

nHR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner.

nBenefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and enrolment.

nHR Reporting:
Generate regular reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and diversity statistics. Analyse data trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

nPrevious experience in HR administration or related roles.nStrong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.nProficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.


Additional Requirements:

nAvailability to start immediately.nWillingness to commit to a 10-month contract.nThis position is offering hybrid working and is based in Mayfair, London.
