TheHill is embedded within Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, our aim is to bring digital and innovative technologies into the NHS for the benefit of patients and staff.


Due to our growing success since the conception of TheHill in 2019, we are looking to expand the team hence the development of this role.

This is a great position for an individual who has experience of partnership development and management and is now looking for a full-time post within a supportive, busy and passionate team.


We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator, who is creative and brimming with ideas and initiative, to successfully develop our partnership offer which will support our programme delivery and income generation portfolio.


The purpose of the Partnerships Officer is to maximise income and mutual value from a range of enduring partnerships across the corporate sector, public sector, NHS Providers and major donors (philanthropy).


We are searching for a Partnerships Officer to further enhance our funding and income models, identifying new and managing established partners.

Duties for the Partnerships Officer will include stewardship of existing relationships, identifying and developing new partnerships, managing key networking groups and raising income for TheHill's activities through sponsorship and partnership.


We are a small team with a can-do approach, we have developed a strong team culture and collaborative working style.

We have a flexible approach to working hours and locations which we've developed further through the pandemic.
