International Partnerships Manager

Spotlight Recruitment is seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global education team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with education agents and influencing sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies
  • Organize global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies for independent schools

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in identifying and growing relationships with education agents and consultancies
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire students and partners
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with 2-3 days working from our offices in Oxford and 2 days working from home
