International Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join our team at Spotlight Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with education agencies and consultancies for independent schools in various regions
- Organise global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Similar international partnerships experience within the education sector and with an existing network of contacts
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to inspire students and partners through effective presentation skills
We offer a hybrid role with 2-3 days working from our offices in Oxford and 2 days working from home. In addition to this, we offer 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) and the exciting opportunity for international travel.
