International Partnerships Manager

Our client, a leading global education provider, is seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with education agents and influencing sales growth.
This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days working from our offices in Oxford and 2 days working from home. In addition to this, our client offers 32 days holiday (incl. BH) and the exciting opportunity for international travel.
You will have the chance to identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies and deliver on the plans. As International Partnerships Manager, you will also organize global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners, so excellent presentation skills with an ability to inspire students and partners is key.
The ideal candidate will have a robust network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies for independent schools in these regions and proven experience in identifying and growing these relationships.
This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with education agents and consultancies
- Identifying key markets for growth opportunities and building effective business development/partnerships strategies
- Organizing global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
