Love the Salon are looking for a part time Receptionist to join their Gloucester team and help provide the best experience for their clients.

We are an award winning salon group with 17 years worth of experience. We pride ourselves on being different to other salons and always make sure everyone feels welcome with us. Our clients are treated like family and we always go above and beyond to make them feel at home.


You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to all clients at Love the Salon, throughout their salon journey.


Duties include:

  • Manage appointment bookings to maximise potential for the future growth of the business, through effective column management and adding value for the client.
  • Accurately update and maintain our client database, confirm appointments and ensure all relevant consultations and skin testing has been completed prior to client visit.
  • Support our team by ensuring the smooth running of reception.
  • Effectively communicate with other team members to make certain that the client's needs are met at all times.
  • Liaise with the management team, generate reports and support with ad hock tasks
  • Follow end of day procedures daily and ensure salon is locked up securely.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
