Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position include:

  • Welcoming patients upon arrival and assisting with inquiries and check-in procedures.
  • Managing incoming calls to address patient queries and facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Handling email correspondence and online inquiries efficiently.
  • Processing medication requests with accuracy.
  • Performing various administrative tasks on a daily basis.
