About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team at Churchdown Surgery. As the face of our surgery, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a friendly, efficient, and proactive service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients to the surgery and providing a positive first impression
  • Navigating patients to the correct service or clinician, including booking appointments and signposting to other services
  • Completing patient registrations and other administrative tasks as directed by the Lead Receptionist

Requirements

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a GP practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and cover absences or attend mandatory training and practice events
