We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd in Gloucester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic environment, supporting the reception area with general office duties and administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Scanning and filing documents
- Organizing transportation and ordering stationery
- Managing holiday forms and reconciling monthly orders
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programs
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:00, Friday: 07:45 - 15:30
Salary and Benefits:
Up to £24,000 depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking
