What you'll be doing
As a
Customer Care Representative you will:
- Providing a professional and timely response to your key stakeholders' enquiries, this will include elected members, parishes, and East Sussex County Council.
- Taking ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to resolution within agreed timescales and maintaining a complete record of all contact within our CRM system
- Proactively calling your key stakeholders to provide them with updates and seek
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your key stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong, long lasting, and trusted relationships with your key stakeholders
- Responding to customer complaints with the aim to resolve at first contact where
Who we're looking for You will have the following experience**:
- Have the ability to develop relationships with your key stakeholder by clearly and
- You to always act with integrity and professionalism and have respect for
The following skills and experience would be desirable:
- Experience of handling key stakeholder enquiries
- Experience of working for a local authority
- Knowledge of highway issues
