Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer service
- Coordinate with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments
- Monitor session progress and backfill appointments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and greeting customers on arrival
- Arrange travel for customers who require assistance
- Prepare and maintain rooms and equipment for assessments
- Update records accurately using our in-house computer system
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry
Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (preferred)
- Excellent written English, grammar, and punctuation skills
