Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of the marketing strategy to drive sales growth
  • Design, develop and update sales and marketing content in the form of factsheets, presentations, brochures, reports and other sales aids
  • Manage and optimise online/offline marketing activities, including social media to maximise brand exposure.
  • Develop and update marketing materials to reflect our brand values.
  • Lead the planning and activation of influencer marketing strategy
  • Design and implement multimedia campaigns to generate new enquiries.
  • Regular reporting of data and results for all marketing activities.
  • Monitoring and analysing trends and competitor performance.
  • Lead the coordination of conferences, open house day, and exhibitions.
  • Conduct site visits within our London sites to take pictures of properties for marketing materials and social media content.
  • Collaborate with management and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
  • Work experience in B2B and B2C Marketing in the property management industry.
  • Strong copywriting and photography skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and effectively present ideas.
  • Proficient in design software such as Canva or Adobe.
  • Proactive, organised, and detailoriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
