About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Enfield, covering London and the Home Counties. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of patient hoists, stairlifts, domestic lifts, and other technical specialist equipment.

Your key responsibilities will include attending maintenance visits and emergency call-outs, installing specialist equipment, conducting fault finding and problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and working independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance within our industry
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Good problem-solving skills and fault-finding experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A full, clean driving license is essential
  • Good verbal and written skills
