Job Title: Business Strategy Specialist
About the Company: We are a dynamic company looking for a dedicated individual to join our team.
In a Nutshell
As a Business Strategy Specialist, you will work closely with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies for our new and existing business ventures. Your role involves identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events, as well as focusing on Learning and Development and Corporate room night opportunities within your assigned sectors.
Exciting Responsibilities Ahead
- Devise and implement business sales strategies for allocated sectors
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within your sectors
- Drive revenue targets successfully
- Support the conference and meetings rooms revenue budget for Exclusive Collection
- Ensure delivery of group EBITDA
Is This You?
- Prior experience in a luxury hospitality or related environment is preferred
- A related business degree is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales in all aspects
- Ability to enhance growth, sales, and profitability
- Must possess a valid clean UK driving license and access to a car for necessary travel
