Job Description:

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their faced paced team. The BDM will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding their market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the events and catering industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Analyse competitors and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients, including corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and private individuals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan.
  • Proposal and Presentation:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
  • Networking and Relationship Building:
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the events and catering industry.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends and business development activities.
