We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their senior team and play a key role in their continued success.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business growth and expanding their client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships.
With your expertise and experience you will help our client reach new heights and maintain their position as a leader in the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities and form new partnerships.
  • Build & nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations & proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets & deliver exceptional service.
Requirement
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager (knowledge of the Events and Conference industry will be an advantage)
  • Great networking skills & ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques to effectively promote new business initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve excellence.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to achieve targets and goals.
