As one of our delivery drivers, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of deliveries from restaurants, enterprise businesses or retailers to the customer who has ordered.

You must work efficiently, quickly and with good customer service. This is a client and customer facing role where you will be collecting from and delivering to our users. That means you are representing us and should have a positive and friendly attitude.

You MUST have these qualifications:

Your OWN VAN with the relevant insurance (not CAR):

  • A Valid UK Drivers License that qualifies you to drive a van.
  • Maximum of 6 points on your drivers license
  • An iPhone with iOS 10+ or Android 5+ to work with with full battery when you arrive

Your duties:
Securely and safely load and unload goods onto the van
Navigate through traffic and routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
Follow prearranged routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
Ensure all proof of deliveries meets customer requirements (training provided).
Utilise GPS devices or map apps to navigate routes effectively.
Provide top-notch customer service, handle queries, and resolve basic delivery issues with a positive approach.
Adhere to safety regulations and road laws
Assist in other operational tasks as assigned by the manager.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, such as loading and unloading cargo
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus

£15.00-£18.00 per hour
