This is a newly created, standalone role with excellent scope for progression. It's a brilliant opportunity to join a people-centric business that is renowned for their warm and welcoming working environment.

This role will involve:

  • Prep invoices to be sent out to a global customer base.
  • Ensure outstanding payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month end debtor close duties.
  • Monitor cash received, posting, and allocating customer payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
  • Ensuring new sales/contract details are entered onto the system accurately and amend when required.

Experience you can demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within accounts receivable/credit control.
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of adhering to deadlines and dealing with high volume work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
