Essential Qualifications:
- Background in Finance
- A proactive and accommodating attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Sage and Bright Pay is a plus
- Capability to take initiative and convey any concerns or suggestions to the Director.
- Management of accounts payable and receivable
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Preparation and reconciliation of Intrastat for ROI
- Filing VAT returns
- Preparation of Financial Statements / Year-End Accounts production
- Various administrative tasks as needed
