VANRATH is partnering with a leading organization in Northern Ireland to fill the role of HR Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our client's team and contribute to the administration of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage absence and recruitment processes, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee the maintenance of confidential personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process, from end-to-end, including temporary staff recruitment coordination.
  • Manage the Time and Attendance system, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking of employee hours.
  • Develop and implement onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including life assurance, company sick pay scheme, employee assistance programme, healthshield, cashback plan, and quarterly gainshare bonus.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a HR Administrator role, providing extensive HR Admin support to all functions.
  • CIPD qualification and 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably recruiting for a variety of roles.
  • Experience of record maintenance with knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
  • GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
