We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our team at Sodexo. As an Operations & Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the on-site management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the on-site management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in the delivery of cleaning and catering services, ensuring compliance with contract and scope of works.
- Support the operational team in quality management, reporting, and performance management.
- Manage the change process, ensuring key milestones are achieved by formulating, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing operational action plans.
- Oversee the implementation of company systems, including HR, Health & Safety, Training, Audits, Payroll systems, and Ad Hoc Billing system.
- At least 1-year proven experience in a similar role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven ability to proactively plan activity, meetings, and events, and mitigate potential barriers to success.
- Experience working in an environment where confidentiality is important.
- Strong interactive communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work various shifts and at the weekend if required.
- Good standard of general education and qualifications in Administration.
- PC literate in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
