Lead Administrative Coordinator for their Transport Administration division.
As the Lead Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing correspondence and documentation related to transport operations.
- Coordinating schedules and appointments for departmental activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Facilitating communication between team members and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
This role is pivotal in supporting the operational efficiency of the Transport Administration team, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
