The Director will supervise the company's commercial operations, focusing on e-commerce functions and driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This newly created position aims to aid the business's expansion and maintain the fine balance between high-quality tailoring and performance-driven sportswear in the brand's offerings.
This is a thrilling period for the brand as it readies for substantial growth in the upcoming years. We seek a highly motivated Commercial Director who excels in a dynamic environment and is among like-minded achievers. The Commercial Director will oversee all front-end functions, such as sales, marketing, customer experience, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Implement scalable systems and processes to aid the business through rapid growth, creating systems for sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Lead strategies to guide the company's commercial endeavors positively.
- Elevate the company's sales and marketing capabilities to exceed customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
- Supervise sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Foster positive servant leadership by establishing a robust organization centered on culture, excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Create and utilize KPIs to derive insights into performance and pinpoint crucial areas for ongoing enhancement.
- Manage the complete customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction flow, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve key revenue and growth milestones.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to identify efficiency optimization prospects to scale and increase efficiency across the organization.
- Oversee budget management, financial analysis, reporting standards, performance measurement, and communication that offers visibility and guidance to the commercial team and leadership.

- Solid grasp of financial concepts related to revenue forecasting, return on investment, and financial performance analysis.
- An agile, resourceful problem solver adept at identifying bottlenecks and constructing scalable solutions in an ever-evolving business.
