**Contract Duration - Permanent

Post Details - This is an exciting post within a well established Clinical Quality department that oversees Clinical Audits, Integrated Care Pathways, Standards and Guidelines and Policy review processes. This post is an essential part of the Clinical Quality Team and will support all staff with the development, monitoring and reporting of Quality Assurance and Improvement projects.


The post holder will work with clinical staff to initiate projects to support improvements in the quality and safety of patient care.

This will be accomplished through the expert use of improvement science techniques and methodologies together with a continuous, participatory process of skilled facilitation and challenge.


Experience - You should have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills to support the development and implementation of improvement plans, resulting from clinical audits and Integrated Care Pathways data.

Interviews will take place week commencing 20 March 2023.
