Job Title: Quality Director

At William Grant & Sons, we're seeking a seasoned Quality Director to drive performance improvement and facilitate the delivery of our Luxury Quality Strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll optimize product quality and meet customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Luxury Quality Team to maximize achievement and engagement.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Assurance Processes, deploying quality standards that meet requirements across our Cumbernauld site.
  • Contribute to New Product Development activities, ensuring quality requirements and customer expectations are integrated into all new products.
  • Collaborate with NPD to develop, implement, and maintain Luxury Quality standards for new products, communicating them clearly to manufacturing and quality teams.
  • Investigate customer complaints, supporting complaint handling processes and working with teams to establish root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage Supplier Quality performance, including supplier audits and material non-conformances, validating and verifying corrective actions.
  • Manage non-conforming products and processes, facilitating root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to drive a 'Right First Time' approach.
  • Analyze data and report performance as part of KPIs, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
