In this role, you will drive performance improvement and standards, and facilitate the delivery and implementation of the Luxury quality strategy to optimize product quality and meet customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Luxury Quality team in line with company values to maximize achievement and engagement within the team.
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance Processes and deploy Quality Standards that deliver quality requirements across the Arete site.
- Contribute to New Product Development activities to ensure quality requirements and customer expectations are built into all new products and appropriate supplier standards are available on time.
- Collaborate with NPD to develop, implement, and maintain Luxury Quality standards for all newly developed products, ensuring clear communication to manufacturing and quality teams in advance of trialing or commissioning.
- Investigate customer and consumer complaints, supporting complaint handling processes, and working with relevant teams to establish root cause and implement robust corrective and preventative actions.
- Manage Supplier Quality performance, including supplier audits and supplied material non-conformances, validating and verifying corrective and preventative actions. Provide support to Procurement on Supplier Performance Management from a Quality Performance perspective.
- Manage non-conforming products and non-conformance processes, facilitating effective root-cause analysis investigations and ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented to support a 'Right First Time' approach and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Complete data analysis and trending as required to report performance as part of KPIs and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop benchmarking processes to continually develop a quality culture and proactively improve finished product and on-shelf quality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and customers to understand needs and support the Arete site to deliver against all food safety, compliance, and ISO regulations.
