Seeking a Skilled Administrative Assistant Join clients Team Today.

Position:
Administrative Assistant (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday)(with ability to extend hours to full time as and when required)


Salary:
£23,000.00 pro rata

Look no further We are currently hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our day-to-day operations.

This part-time role offers competitive compensation and an opportunity to work alongside our dedicated UK team and colleagues worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely entry of sales orders into our computerised sales ordering process system, adhering to company procedures and customer profiles.
  • Generate computerised export invoices and dispatch notes, ensuring compliance with worldwide exporting standards.
  • Process and record external freight/3PL invoices to maintain transparent financial tracking.
  • Maintain UK inventory levels, anticipate demand, and expedite orders for replenishment stock.
  • Issue and process inventory purchase orders, coordinating with our international facilities for prompt dispatch.
  • Provide administrative support for our ecommerce platforms, including websites and Amazon.
  • Organize and maintain company records, ensuring proper filing and recording.
  • Prepare daily/monthly reports upon request.
  • Perform general office administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with the Business Unit Manager and UK team on all relevant matters.
  • Accomplish any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet business objectives and targets.
  • Adhere to all company statutory rules and regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in computerised sales ordering systems and generating export documentation.
  • Familiarity with processing invoices and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to liaise with colleagues across the global organization.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to handle general office administration duties efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
