Projects Support Administrator
Project Co-Ordinator
An exciting and varied role where you will support and contribute in the day to day activities within a busy Projects Department.
The Role:
- Working closely with Project Managers to support Project Delivery.
- Logging & scheduling engineers time.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers & the engineering team
- Processing incoming orders utilising a CRM system
- Raising Purchase Orders & organising deliveries
- Processing Returns
- Assisting with the preparation of handover packs & project paperwork
- Assisting with the upkeep of accreditations and ISO9001 quality system, including supplier & subcontractor assessments.
- Assisting with management of stores
- Invoicing.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Administration experience
- Ability to organise workload.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience with planning and scheduling.
- Experience with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.
Salary: Meets Living/Minimum Wage
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tamworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
