Projects Support Administrator

Project Co-Ordinator


An exciting and varied role where you will support and contribute in the day to day activities within a busy Projects Department.

You will be responsible for completing admin duties in an efficient and timely manner.

The Role:

  • Working closely with Project Managers to support Project Delivery.
  • Logging & scheduling engineers time.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers & the engineering team
  • Processing incoming orders utilising a CRM system
  • Raising Purchase Orders & organising deliveries
  • Processing Returns
  • Assisting with the preparation of handover packs & project paperwork
  • Assisting with the upkeep of accreditations and ISO9001 quality system, including supplier & subcontractor assessments.
  • Assisting with management of stores
  • Invoicing.
  • Key Skills:
Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Ability to organise workload.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience with planning and scheduling.
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
