Duties for the Sales Administrator:
- Processing orders for customers
- Building their quotes up.
- Arranging stock movements from other branches (if not in stock)
- Working closely with other departments (transport/ accounts) to help the customer.
- Upsell / add value to our orders.
- Multi tasking and prioritising workload
Ideal Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential as there is onsite training for the role
- Strong Administrative experience
