The role of Head of Sales is important to us. We would love to welcome you to our York office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Leadership of the York Sales teams Budget level responsibility for the sales teams in York Developing weekly/monthly/ Quarterly targets for the department that deliver on the required budgets.

Finding growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements and product mix are critical. Conduct Annual salary review programme for all FTE working alongside the department director. Utilise the business CRM tools and create plans that truly impact Key business performance indicators.

Experience in a senior Sales Management role of 5 years + Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and business CRM platforms such as Salesforce Able to demonstrate a 'common sense' approach to problem solving in the sales environment.

Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to engage a large workforce with creative new ideas.
