Pet Products Sales Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join BMS Performance as a Territory Sales Manager for our Pet Products division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent pet retailers, country stores, pet wholesalers, and farm shops in the North East and Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing territory with a mature customer base, identifying opportunities to grow sales and open new retail accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pet shop owners, independent retailers, and farm shop managers to cross-sell our specialist, market-leading brands.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager for the Pet Care division to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Conduct daily visits to customers, building rapport and working on range, stock, and new products as well as in-store merchandising.
- Meet weekly KPIs of 4-5 visits a day and monthly targets to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Pet/animal enthusiast with FMCG field sales experience.
The Package:
• Up to £40,000 basic salary plus £4,000 bonus.
