This is a full-time, hybrid position focused on Sales Development Representative (SDR) activities and Account Executive responsibilities, focused on managing and nurturing SpinifexIT channels and executing sales strategies in the United Kingdom (UK) region:

  • Collaborate closely with the global sales team to understand product offerings and target audiences specific to the UK market.
  • Actively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, as an SDR.
  • Execute tailored sales plays to engage and convert prospects into customers.
  • Drive the front end to middle of the sales pipeline, transitioning leads from early stages ("10%ers") to more qualified prospects ("30%ers").
  • Tactically support sales and marketing plays, taking leads generated and advancing them through the pipeline.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for UK-based accounts, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent SpinifexIT's brand and uphold global branding guidelines within the UK market.
  • Report directly to the Global Head of Marketing, while collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales lead development, lead qualification, and account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies within the UK market.
  • Experience in executing targeted sales/marketing plays to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools is preferred.
