SaaS Sales Development Representative - The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new SDR team in a B2B SaaS business.

You and the SDR team will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and nurturing leads to pass to the business development team to follow up.

You will earn a commission on eachqualified lead.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing UK team.

As a Skillcast SDR, your role consists of identifying and seeking new business opportunities for the UK BDR team through inbound lead qualification.

You will leverageour cutting-edge Sales Development Techniques (delivered through regular training) and tools to engage with and develop relationships with potential Skillcast customers.


Within Month 1 you will:

  • Finish your onboarding and begin your core role as an SDR
  • Master our Questioning, Pitch and Qualification methods
  • Start qualifying leads and create your first opportunities for the BDR team

Within 3 months you will:

  • Master how to prioritise your inbound lead pipeline and forecast your performance
  • Have booked your first enterprise meeting through pure outbound
  • Become proficient in using our Sales Tech stack
  • Embraced our knowledgesharing environment and provided useful insight to the rest of the SDR team

Within 6 months you will:

  • Have consistently achieved and exceeded your monthly opportunity target
  • Be on a clear path to becoming a Senior SDR
  • Encourage others within your team to succeed by displaying your drive, enthusiasm and ability to deliver results

SaaS Sales Development Representative - You:

  • Experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with senior and middle management
  • Highly organised and methodical approach to planning workload
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to always be learning
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and able to deliver results in a professional environment
  • Extremely selfmotivated, ability to work independently and also within a team environment
  • This is a hybrid position (minimum 2 days per week in the office), so you must be able to work efficiently whilst working remotely
